Italian Newspapers Complain Against Google

This apparent allegation that Google is punishing Italian Newspaper’s by not letting them know how the ranking takes place and subsequent banning of the news sites from Google if they are not present on the Google news. This is being judged not by the court but by an agency called AGCM of Italy which is similar to the US federal trade commission and is an organization that ponders on antitrust behavior like this.
